Answer: To make life easy for you, we use GoCardless, the UK’s leading secure Direct Debit platform. Your initial £10 payment is processed instantly via your banking app to secure your slot and first clean. All future £20 monthly payments are automatically drawn on the 28th of every month. You never have to worry about leaving cash out or manual bank transfers again.
3. What is the difference between the Monthly Round and a One-Off Clean?
Answer: Our Monthly Maintenance Round keeps your windows pristine year-round for just £20/month (with your first clean discounted to £10). Our One-Off Deep Clean (£35) is a single, zero-commitment visit ideal if your windows haven't been cleaned in months or if you are moving house. Both options are paid securely online via GoCardless using your bank account.
4. Can my monthly price suddenly go up?
Answer: No. We offer a strict No Price Rises Guarantee. The £20/month price you sign up for today is locked in and guaranteed for as long as you remain a continuous client on our regular Leeds or Yorkshire round.
5. Am I locked into a contract, and is my money safe?
Answer: There are absolutely no contracts or tie-ins; you are free to pause or cancel your monthly round at any time. Furthermore, because we use the official UK Direct Debit network, your payments are fully protected by the official Direct Debit Guarantee, meaning your money and bank details are always 100% secure.
